Billing & Plans
Do my team members need their own subscription?
No. Invite your team and they inherit your plan automatically. Pro covers up to 3 team members. Agency covers up to 10. Team members sign up with their own email — no extra charge.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
Your team retains access until the end of your current billing cycle. We’ll notify you by email when you downgrade, and again before access changes. After your cycle ends, team member access reduces to match the new plan’s limit.
Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No lock-in contracts — cancel anytime. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing. Annual plans save up to 25% compared to paying monthly.
What currencies do you support?
We offer pricing in GBP (£), USD ($), AUD (A$), NZD (NZ$), and ZAR (R). Select your currency when subscribing.

What does an Account represent?
An Account is a container for everything related to one client or business unit. Consultants and agencies typically create one Account per client. In-house teams create one Account per product line, region, or division. Each Account has its own strategy, campaigns, content, and team access.
What is BYOK and should I use it?
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) means you connect your own AI provider account — Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4o), or Google Gemini. You pay your provider directly based on usage, and your FAImos generation limits are removed entirely — no fair usage caps. Available from Starter upward. For voiceover on video scripts, you can also connect your own ElevenLabs account (Pro and above). For Agency teams, BYOK is strongly recommended — 10 people generating content will consume significant API credits.
What is Industry Intelligence?
FAImos includes specialised vocabularies for 12+ sectors including wine, tech/SaaS, professional services, hospitality, and more. The AI uses industry-appropriate terminology and avoids generic language, so your content sounds like it was written by a specialist — not a generalist AI tool.
What does ‘Built for AI Search’ mean?
Traditional SEO targets search engines. FAImos also structures content for AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and others. As search behaviour shifts from links to AI-generated answers, your content needs to be recommended, not just ranked. We call this Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

Regional tone adaptation understands that marketing tone differs by market. Multi-currency tracks deals in GBP, USD, NZD, AUD, EUR, and ZAR. Locale-appropriate English across UK, US, AU, NZ, and ZA — with country-specific industry vocabularies. Most AI tools default to US English and treat localisation as changing ‘color’ to ‘colour.’ FAImos understands cultural nuance, business expectations, and regional identity.
